Please read the two boxes below

Most of these terms are routine. Two are not, and they affect money you may spend, so they are stated first and plainly.

⚠️ THE AD-FREE PASS DOES NOT RENEW ITSELF. It lasts 30 days from purchase and then simply ends. It is not a subscription. Nothing is charged automatically, and nothing continues — if you want another 30 days you must buy it again.

⚠️ YOUR PROGRESS AND PURCHASES LIVE ONLY ON THIS DEVICE. There is no account and no cloud backup. If you uninstall the app, clear its data, lose the device or move to a new one, your coins, boosters, level progress and any remaining ad-free days are gone permanently and cannot be restored by us.

Acceptance

By installing or using Candy Voyage you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you may only make purchases with the permission of a parent or guardian who controls the payment method.

Your licence to use the game

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play Candy Voyage for your own entertainment.

You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, redistribute or sell the app, or use tools that alter its behaviour to gain items or progress you did not earn or pay for.

Coins, boosters and other virtual items

Coins, boosters, lives and the ad-free pass are a limited licence to use features inside the game. They are not your property, not currency, and not an investment.

• They have no monetary value outside the game.

• They cannot be exchanged for real money, transferred to another person, or moved to another device or account.

• They expire when your licence to use the app ends.

We may adjust prices, payouts, costs and the balance of the game — including how many coins an action awards or costs — as part of ordinary updates.

Purchases and refunds

All purchases are processed by Google Play. Prices shown include any taxes Google applies for your region.

Purchases are final once delivered. Refunds are handled entirely under Google Play's refund policy — we cannot issue, reverse or override a Google Play charge.

If a purchase completes but the item does not appear, contact us at kyracstudiosupport@gmail.com with your Google Play order number and we will help where we can.

Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Advertisements

The game is funded by advertising. Banner and full-screen ads appear during normal play. The ad-free pass removes those for its duration.

Rewarded ads — the ones you choose to watch in exchange for extra moves or bonus coins — are always optional, and remain available even with an ad-free pass. Whether a rewarded ad is available at a given moment depends on advertising inventory, which is outside our control.

You are never required to spend money to keep playing.

Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue features, levels or the app itself. We will try to give notice of significant changes, but the app is provided as an ongoing service rather than a fixed product.

Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the app is limited to the amount you paid through it in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under Indian consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Nothing here affects your right to bring a complaint before a consumer forum in the place where you live.
